I told him to remove the gun from the house.... he didn't listen! I told them that she needed help.... they didn't listen!  It's not my fault! I should have called sooner, or stayed with her later the night before, but I didn't.  I failed her as a friend, but they failed her as a family.

I sat next to the blood on the floor for what seemed like forever.  The blood-soaked floor is one of my last memories, the image of her laying on the floor curled up with a gun next to her and blood streaming out her mouth.....

So I went to Deanna's grave for her birthday on the 13th...........After a big snow fall........my tracks were the only tracks left in that snow at 1:00pm  and still the only ones at 11:00pm when I went back a second time. 

It would have been her 19th BDay.

I wonder where she would be now.
